Adlington swaps the pool for pedals
- From the section Swimming
Great Britain's most successful swimmer of all time, Rebecca Adlington, admits to BBC Sport's Nick Hope that her prowess in the pool isn't quite matched with pedal power.
The 23-year-old, who will decide whether to retire from competing in her favoured sport later in the year, is embarking on a charity bike ride across Zambia with GB team-mates Joanne Jackson and Ross Davenport.
The four-day 450km (280-mile) campaign is the brain-child of former GB swimmer turned Sport in Action ambassador Melanie Marshall, who admits Adlington has experienced a few mishaps while training for the event.
