Fina World Cup: Fran Halsall takes gold as GB win eight medals
Fran Halsall continued her excellent Fina World Cup series form with two medals in Singapore - as the British team claimed eight medals on day one.
Sprinter Halsall took gold in the 50m freestyle and silver in the 50m backstroke, days after she broke two British records in the Tokyo leg.
Siobhan-Marie O'Connor took 200m individual medley silver, as did Andrew Willis in the 200m breaststroke.
There was a bronze medal for Georgia Davies in the 50m backstroke.
Jazz Carlin (800m freestyle), Adam Barrett (100m freestyle) and Liam Tancock (100m individual medley) were Britain's other bronze medallists.
The Singapore event is the final leg of the Fina World Cup series and concludes on Sunday.
