Heather Watson gains place in Birmingham Aegon Classic

Heather Watson has been granted a spot in the main draw of Birmingham's Aegon Classic in June.
The 18-year-old Sarnian was knocked out in the first round of the competition in 2010 after receiving a wild card.
Watson has since risen up the women's singles rankings and is currently number 122 in the world.
The highest ranked player in the Birmingham line up so far is former Wimbledon champion and world number nine Maria Sharapova.
