Britain will have no qualifiers in the Wimbledon ladies' singles after its two remaining entrants suffered defeats in the preliminary tournament.
Teenager Gabi Taylor failed to advance to the third and final round as she lost 6-3 6-4 to Czech Tereza Smitkova.
The 16-year-old had shocked former world number 29 Sofia Arvidsson in the first round.
Emily Webley-Smith, 29, also lost to end home interest in the women's qualifying competition at Roehampton.
Heather Watson and Johanna Konta will carry British hopes at Wimbledon, along with wildcards Naomi Broady, Tara Moore and Samantha Murray.
Taylor, who comes from Southampton but trains in Marbella, found world number 179 Smitkova too strong in her first appearance in a Grand Slam qualifying tournament.
Webley-Smith meanwhile, who has twice appeared in the main draw at Wimbledon, went down 6-3, 1-6, 6-3 to Montenegrin teenager Danka Kovinic.
