Welsh motorcyclist Chaz Davies and Italian Davide Giugliano will team up to race for Ducati in the 2014 and 2015 Superbike World Championships.
The Italian manufacturer had already announced the end of its co-operation with Team Alstare.
Ducati has yet to announce which team Davies and Giugliano will race for.
Both riders will travel to Spain to begin two days of testing in preparation for the 2014 season with Ducati's 1199 Panigale motorcycles.
Knighton-born Davies won three World Superbike races in the 2013 season for BMW to take fifth in the final standings.
But the 26-year-old had been left frustrated after BMW decided to withdraw from the World Superbikes Championship.
Giugliano, 24, was previous with the Althea team and finished sixth overall.
