Welsh Netball have confirmed Alun Davies as its new chief executive following the departure of Mike Watson.
Davies will leave his current post as Sport Partnership Manager at the University of South Wales to take up the post.
His appointment comes a week after Trish Wilcox was named the new Head of Elite Performance.
"I am looking forward to working with the newly appointed coach Trish Wilcox," Davies said.
Davies succeeds Watson, who resigned after barely six months into the job to join a youth organisation in Bolton.
Watson was drawn into the suspension of former head coach Hyndman, who was then sacked for disciplinary reasons in June.
He cited family reasons for his decision to leave.
"We thank Mike Watson for his contribution," said Welsh Netball chair Catherine Lewis.
"He'll be sorely missed as, in a short space of time, he brought a great deal of enthusiasm to the organisation.
"Alun brings a great wealth of experience and we're really excited by his ideas in terms of taking the organisation forward."
