Devon's Cameron Thomas second in ski championships

Thomas is a member of Torquay Alpine Ski Club

Torquay's Cameron Thomas put in a strong performance to finish second in the under-15s at the Anglo Welsh Indoor Championships in Manchester.

The 13-year-old narrowly missed out on replicating that success in the British Indoor Championships which were held at the same time.

Thomas is in his first season competing in the under-15 age group, having moved up from the under-13s.

The youngster won several British Championship titles in the U-13s.
