Double-Olympic champion Kaillie Humphries has won bronze after piloting a men's four-man bobsleigh team at the Canadian Championships in Calgary.
The International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (FIBT) announced in September that mixed-gender teams would be permitted in events this season.
Humphries' team of Dan Dale, Joey Nemet and DJ McLelland finished behind teams led by Justin Kripps and Chris Spring.
The 29-year-old plans to compete on the men's World Cup circuit this season.
