Spanish KS2: Painting and colours in Spanish

A British girl, Ashleigh, talks to her Spanish friends via a tablet.

They are in an art studio, where Javier and Cristina are getting ready to paint Sara.

They show their paint palettes full of colours and Ashleigh works out that the adjective comes after the noun in Spanish.

Teacher Notes

This clips could be used to introduce or revise colours, likes and dislikes, body parts and the order of adjectives.

Your pupils could practice by for example finding the different colours all around the classroom.

They could draw their own portraits and then describe the colours and body parts they have used, and give their opinions on them.

Curriculum Notes

This clip is suitable for teaching Key Stage 2, Level 2, or beginners in Spanish of any age.
